Assessments
An assessment of each of the clients is made upon the reporting
or identification of a child/ family protection case. This enables
the case workers and the supervisor to devise a Case Management
Plan.
Case management plans act as a guide and an arrangement to the
assigned caseworker on most effective mode of protection. Assessments
after the initial assessment are also made if the situation arises.
For example if the custody is shifted from the father to the
mother or vice versa. |
